Refund, Exchange, Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

At this current time we do not allow for any cancellations once the payment has been processed.

For subscriptions - you can cancel your subscription at any time. If payment has already cleared for the next subscription box it will not be refunded but the subscription will be cancelled going forward. You will however receive one last box. Please review each subscription details for more details.

All custom & bulk orders can be cancelled if production has not begun. Dates will be provided within your estimate which you approved prior to payment. Deposits required for these orders will not be refunded.

Exchange Policy

Fairy Herbology does not allow exchanges of any kind. Our products are descriptive listing every ingredient, care instructions and more. Please make sure you want the product prior to purchasing. If you're unsure about a "scent" please read each description carefully. Exchanges are NOT allowed due to the intimate nature of our products.

Refund Policy

Fairy Herbology does not offer a refund policy. All sales are final.
